Thousands of people have participated in our training courses and received practical training about proper use of power tools and accessories | | Training recipients are in the following categories : |  | Sales representatives and their staff nationwide |  | | Students from vocational schools | | Students from the University of Applied Science and Technology | | Interested power tools users and individuals | | Industries seeking specialized courses | | Colleagues in the company and the new staff |
| | Other supplementary activities and services | | Technical consultation to prospects seeking to buy the right power tools or accessories | | Offer technical information required by users | | Prepare technical literature to be handed over to interested individuals | | Prepare syllabus for special courses to run for interested industries |
| While providing users opportunity to test tools, the training center also offers help on a "hotline" and by electronic mail.
All courses include theory and practice and they are all offered for free.
